"I already run several production-level n8n workflows for our study-abroad agency—AI-driven inbox follow-ups, lead routing, and day-to-day ops. They work, but not as reliably as I need: the email follow-up sequence occasionally stalls and, when that happens, I have little insight into why. My goal is a smoother, more transparent system rather than a complete rebuild.

Here’s what I’d like from you:

• Walk through the existing flows with me, spot the logic or node configurations that put reliability at risk, and streamline them where possible.
• Strengthen error handling and logging inside the follow-up chain so I can trace a failure to the exact node and payload.
• Recommend (and, when it’s quick, implement) best-practice patterns that make future scaling or hand-offs easier—naming conventions, sub-workflows, environment variables, version control tips, you name it.
• Leave me with a concise change log and a short set of next-step suggestions so I can continue iterating without outside help.

You’ll be working directly in my current n8n instance, so familiarity with built-in triggers, HTTP Request nodes, Execute Command, and n8n’s error workflow mechanism is essential. If you can demonstrate previous success improving high-volume n8n email automations, even better.
