"I’m building a new messaging app that runs smoothly on both Android and iPhone. Core to the idea is real-time group chatting—fast, reliable, and intuitive for everyday users. A clean, modern UI, push notifications that never miss a beat, and smooth performance on the latest versions of iOS and Android all matter to me.

While end-to-end encryption or file-sharing could become future iterations, the first milestone is simple: rock-solid group messaging that syncs instantly across devices. I already have basic wireframes and a shortlist of colour palettes; what I need now is the full technical implementation, from native mobile clients right through to the backend and a lightweight admin dashboard.

To keep things clear, I’ll sign off the project when these deliverables are in hand:
