"I’m looking for a complete, white-label platform that covers both loan origination and ongoing loan management, ready for me to rebrand and roll out to multiple lending partners. We want to take ownership of the code as well.

For origination, the system must guide applicants smoothly from first touch through to signing. That means:
• Application intake with a clean, responsive front-end
• Automated or rules-based credit assessment
• A configurable approval workflow that can handle multiple user roles and override levels
• Generation and e-signing of credit agreements

Once a loan is live, I need equally robust servicing tools:
• Real-time repayment tracking with alerts for missed or partial payments
• An integrated customer-service module where agents can view the full account record, log interactions and trigger service actions
• Financial reporting that lets me slice performance data by product, branch, or partner
• Ongoing access to original credit agreements for compliance checks

Please build the core in a modern, well-supported stack—preferred options are Java/Spring or Node.js on the back end and React or Angular on the front end, but I’m open to your suggestions if you can justify them. A REST or GraphQL API layer is required so I can hook in external KYC, payment gateways and analytics.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can re-skin the UI via configuration files or a theme layer without touching source code.
2. All the features above are demo-ready in a cloud environment of my choosing.
3. Test data proves the full loan life-cycle from application to final repayment, including edge cases like partial settlements and restructures.
4. Full technical documentation and hand-over session are provided.
