"Android Developer Needed – Offline APK (No Server, No Internet)

Task

Build a private, offline Android APK for internal business use.

What the app should do

Read payment screenshots (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm / UPI)

Read bank statement files (Excel / CSV, PDF optional)

Extract UTR and Amount using offline OCR

Automatically match screenshots with bank statement data

Generate a local Excel or CSV reconciliation report

All processing must happen on the device only

Strict requirements (very important)

No internet permission

No server, cloud, or API usage

No Firebase, Google Vision, or online OCR

No data upload or background sync

Fully offline operation

File read/write permissions only

UI requirements

Simple interface with three buttons:

1. Select Screenshot Folder


2. Select Bank Statement File


3. Run Matching



Output

Report must include: Screenshot name, extracted UTR, extracted amount, match status

Match status should include: MATCH, NOT FOUND, AMOUNT MISMATCH, OCR FAILED
