"I need a talented developer to turn my concept into a fully-functional, responsive web application that behaves just as smoothly on desktop browsers as it does on phones and tablets running iOS or Android. While this is fundamentally a web project, the finished product should feel “app-like” on mobile—fast-loading screens, touch-friendly controls, and seamless navigation with no awkward pinch-zoom moments.

I already have the core idea and user flows sketched out; what I’m missing is the engineering expertise to translate those flows into clean, maintainable code. You’ll take charge of both front-end and back-end implementation, choosing frameworks and libraries you’re comfortable with (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Django, Node, Laravel—your call, as long as it’s robust and well-documented). Modern, component-based architecture, secure authentication, and crisp UI/UX are non-negotiable.

Key deliverables:
• Source code in a Git repository
• Working staging link I can test on desktop, iOS, and Android browsers
• Deployment help for the production environment, including any server or cloud setup notes
• Brief hand-off documentation so I can maintain the app after launch
