"I want a virtual camera built for iOS that can masquerade as the device’s live camera while actually streaming pre-recorded video files. The goal is to let any app that normally pulls a real-time feed—FaceTime, Zoom, social platforms, or a custom SDK—see these videos as if they were coming straight from the lens.

Core expectations
• Select and queue local video files, then output them as a 30 fps (or higher) live-looking feed.
• Seamless hand-off so users can switch between clips without dropping the camera session.
• Resolution should match the original file up to 1080p; downscale smoothly when necessary.
• Built in Swift or Objective-C using AVFoundation (ReplayKit or Camera Extension APIs are fine if that simplifies the virtual device registration).
• The compiled IPA plus full Xcode project, along with a short setup guide, are required for delivery.
