"I'm looking for a graphic designer to finalize print-ready packaging and in-box materials for a product in prelaunch phase, using existing manufacturer templates.

This is an execution-focused role. The structure already exists.

Scope of Work

You will adapt 4 print assets to Vivahab branding:

Outer box (existing dieline provided by manufacturer)

User manual (existing 8-page accordion template)

Laser sticker / device label (existing layout)

Challenge QR visit card (new design, business-card format)

What Will Be Provided

Manufacturer PDFs (box, manual, laser sticker)

Brand name and copy

URLs and QR destinations

Social media handles

Content hierarchy and constraints

Clear print specifications from factory

Your Responsibilities

Replace manufacturer branding with Vivahab branding

Apply clean, consistent typography and spacing

design card with space for QR codes and URLs exactly as specified 5 they will be filled by print worker later )

Design a premium challenge visit card aligned with the brand

Prepare print-ready files accepted by Chinese manufacturers

Deliverables

Editable source files (AI / PSD)

Print-ready PDFs (CMYK, correct bleed)

QR codes embedded and readable

One consolidated folder per asset

No mockups required, production-ready only

Requirements

Proven experience with packaging and print design

Experience working with factory dielines

Understanding of bleed, margins, and print tolerances

Ability to follow strict instructions

Clean, minimal, premium design sensibility

Nice to Have

Amazon FBA packaging experience
