"I need a single landing page built in WordPress using the lightweight Elementor Hello theme. I will supply the final layered PSD; your job is to translate it faithfully into a live page—every pixel, font weight, spacing, and color must match.

Please create a custom header and footer directly in Elementor so they can be reused later. The finished page has to load quickly, be fully responsive, and remain easy for me to edit inside Elementor after delivery.

Once you hand it over I’ll compare the live build against the PSD on desktop, tablet, and mobile. A match within a few pixels, clean HTML/CSS structure, and no layout shifts will be the acceptance criteria.
