We are looking for a skilled Interview Specialist with strong communication skills and a background in software engineering or web development to represent our team during client interviews and ongoing meetings.
Your Role
As an Interview Specialist, you will:
Attend and lead client interviews: You will join interviews using the profiles provided by our team, confidently representing our developers and ensuring a professional communication flow.
Guide the conversation effectively: Follow DevGenics’ preparation materials and scripts to present technical expertise clearly and build trust with clients.
Join ongoing client calls: After a successful interview, you may continue participating in client meetings such as daily stand-ups or technical discussions, depending on your preference and availability.
Collaborate closely with the DevGenics team: Communicate with our internal team before and after interviews to ensure all client and technical details are handled smoothly.
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
At least 1 year of experience in software engineering or web development.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, workflows, and client expectations
Confident and reliable in managing professional conversations with international clients.
Available to join online meetings aligned with North American/Europe time zones.
Compensation Structure
We offer flexible earning options based on your level of engagement:
40% of the income from any role where you pass the interview and decide to work for that position. (5000$ role -> 2000$)
10%~15% of the income from any role where you only handle the interviews and client meetings after onboarding. (5000$ role -> 500$~750$)
This structure allows you to choose between full engagement (including the role itself) or remaining focused solely on interviews and communications — whichever suits your schedule best.
