"I am launching a showcase website that presents my online consulting and research services to small- and medium-sized businesses across Africa, with a primary focus on Cameroon. Visitors will browse predefined services or describe a unique request through a contact form. Once submitted, I review the brief, issue a quotation or ask clarifying questions, and, when the client agrees, they pay either in full or by deposit before work begins.

A dedicated client area must support:
• Document uploads so clients can attach briefs or data.
• Service selection or custom service definition.
• Order and payment tracking from quotation through final delivery.

The overall look should feel professional and corporate—subtle colours, clear typography, and a straightforward layout. The front end must be fully responsive on desktop and mobile; tablet optimisation is a plus but not mandatory.

Key build points
• Public showcase pages introducing the business, services, and expertise.
• Secure client authentication and profile management.
• Admin dashboard for reviewing requests, adjusting quotes, and marking project stages (feasibility approved, payment received, in progress, delivered, closed).
• Integration of the payment API I have already chosen (documentation provided).
• Notification emails or in-portal alerts at each milestone.

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can register, submit a service request with attachments, and see status updates.
2. I can generate a quotation, request more information, and trigger payment links through the admin area.
3. Successful test payments update the order status automatically.
4. Final deliverables (reports, files) can be uploaded for the client to download, after which the project can be marked closed.
5. Site passes basic performance and security checks and looks consistent on current desktop and mobile browsers.
