"I am building a WhatsApp-first matchmaking service for small business events.
The goal is to automate meeting proposals, accept/decline replies, scheduling, and reminders — without requiring participants to register on any platform.

This is an MVP / pilot project, not a large system build.

Scope of Work

The freelancer will help implement and stabilize automation only.
The data model and workflow are already defined.

What needs to be built
1. WhatsApp Business API integration (Twilio or similar)
• Send outbound messages (meeting proposals, confirmations, reminders)
• Receive inbound replies (accept / decline / reschedule)
2. Google Sheets integration
• Read/write data from a structured Google Sheet
• Update statuses based on WhatsApp replies
• Auto-create scheduled meetings from accepted proposals
3. Automation logic
• Trigger proposal messages when a row is marked “ready”
• Parse replies (1 / 2 / 3 or text equivalents)
• Send confirmation messages
• Send reminders (e.g. 15 minutes before meetings)
• Basic error handling and logging
4. Testing
• Test end-to-end flow using internal numbers
• Confirm no duplicate sends or broken updates
