We are building an MVP for a WhatsApp-based micro-gig marketplace. Clients submit a small one-off task via WhatsApp; matching handymen receive a lead preview; the first handyman to pay in CHF within XY minutes unlocks full client details (exclusive lead).

3-minute claim/payment window; unpaid claims expire automatically.

Event logging/audit trail for all steps (messages, broadcasts, claims, payments, unlocks).
