I’ll be hiring another person to check your work is completed successfully.

Once the new site is live, I’m looking for ongoing monthly SEO covering both the website and my Google My Business profile. That means:

• Keyword research and on-page adjustments as rankings evolve
• High-quality backlinks and local citations
• Weekly GMB posts, photo updates, and review-response management
• Clear monthly reports showing ranking, traffic, and GMB insight gains

I offer an initial build fee of $200 with a performance-based bonus of $300 additional after we see measurable ranking and lead improvements, plus a monthly retainer for the continuing SEO work—both of which can grow if you deliver results.

My budget is 200 for website up front. If you can be successful with seo I will pay an additional 300 after 3-4 months so we can see performance: there will also be additional performance bonuses based on traffic.

Budget for monthly seo is 100 for both GMB and website. If you are successful with seo and I get more business I will pay you an additional 50 per month for each month you have worked and continuing.
