"I want to build a full-cycle digital signage solution focused on Android TV. The core is a cloud-hosted admin panel that works smoothly on mobile, allowing me to upload images, videos and text from anywhere, arrange them into specific time-slot playlists, then push everything to a fleet of TVs that auto-sync when they come online.

Key functionality I need delivered:
• Mobile-friendly cloud console for device onboarding, role-based user control and basic analytics (online/offline status, last playback heartbeat).
• Remote content upload for images, videos and text, with drag-and-drop or API options.
• Scheduler that lets me pin media to exact time slots and have the playlist loop until the next slot starts.
• Android TV player app that installs easily (Play Store or sideload), caches content locally and self-recovers after reboots.
• Multi-screen grouping, so I can trigger the same schedule to all displays in a location or treat each screen independently.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Source code for both the mobile web console and the Android TV player.
2. Clear deployment documentation and test credentials for UAT.
