"I’m ready to launch a full-fledged online marketplace for physical goods and need the complete mobile solution built from the ground up. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, giving buyers and sellers the familiar, polished experience they expect from top retail platforms.

Core requirement
The one non-negotiable feature is a rock-solid, PCI-compliant secure payment gateway. Please handle everything from selecting the provider (Stripe, PayPal, or a comparable option) to integrating tokenised payments, handling refunds, and passing store-review checks for Apple and Google.

Project scope
• Design intuitive buyer and seller flows, including product catalogues, search, cart, checkout, order tracking, and push notifications.
• Build the native (or high-performance cross-platform) apps, REST/GraphQL API, and admin dashboard.
• Implement user authentication, profile management, and seller onboarding.
• Set up scalable cloud hosting, database, and automated backups.
• Prepare and submit the binaries to the App Store and Google Play, resolving any compliance feedback.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both apps approved in their respective stores.
2. Payments processed end-to-end in sandbox and live modes with no sensitive data stored on our servers.
3. End-to-end tests for browsing, checkout, and order confirmation pass on recent iOS and Android versions.
4. Source code, build scripts, and environment documentation handed over in a clean repository.
