"The project centres on creating a brand-new web application with Django as the backbone. I already have the concept mapped out; what’s missing is a clean, production-ready codebase.

Scope of work
• Set up a fresh Django project, separating settings for development and production, and wiring in environment variables.
• Include a basic but branded admin panel so I can manage core data without touching the database directly.
• Build the public-facing pages and endpoints that match my wireframes, using standard Django templating.
• Keep the code well-documented and structured for straightforward deployment on an Ubuntu server with Gunicorn and Nginx (Docker is welcome if that speeds things up).

Deliverables
1. A Git-hosted repository with tidy, incremental commits.
2. Fully functional admin panel tied to the essential models.
3. A concise README outlining local setup and server deployment steps.
