"My current WooCommerce store runs at [login to view URL], but it no longer reflects the polished, fast-paced experience I want for customers, resulting in sluggish sales. I need an upgrade that integrates visual design, functionality, and site performance into one cohesive project. I want our established brand colors and logos to be consistently integrated across all pages. Product pages need to look cleaner, highlight key information, and encourage add-to-cart actions. The main and sub-navigation menus need to be reorganized so shoppers can access any item with just a couple of clicks. The most important feature to improve is a smoother user account experience—clear sign-up/login flows, an intuitive order history dashboard, and instant address or payment updates. While the payment gateways themselves are good, account management needs to feel simple and modern. Regarding speed and performance, pages currently take a long time to load, especially category and product listings. I am open to caching, image optimization, code cleanup, or any other improvements that will enable us to load the site in under two seconds on both computers and mobile devices without affecting current functionality.
