"I’m commissioning a modern WordPress website that loads fast, reads well and is entirely white-hat. The build must follow current on-page SEO best practices so the site is ready to rank the moment it goes live.

Core structure
• Home, About Us and Contact pages laid out in a clear, contemporary style that adapts perfectly to desktop, tablet and mobile.
• A neatly organised Blog section using categories and tags that make future posts effortless to manage.

Functionality requirements
• SEO optimisation from the ground up—clean headings, schema where relevant, meta titles/descriptions and alt text. Yoast SEO or Rank Math can be used, provided every setting is fully configured.
• Social media integration: profile links in the header or footer and share buttons on all blog posts.
• Only lightweight, trusted themes and plugins; no nulled or black-hat add-ons.

Deliverables
- Fully responsive WordPress installation with chosen modern theme or child theme.
- Design and build of Home, About Us, Contact and Blog templates.
- All plugins, caching and security tools configured.
- Brief hand-over guide (text or short screen-share video) showing how to add new pages and blog posts.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages score 90 + on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop.
2. No critical issues flagged by Wordfence or similar security plugin.
3. Metadata passes a quick audit in Screaming Frog or a comparable crawler.
