"OCTOBER CMS
- We implement Traditional October CMS for existing (not new) web channel and mobile channel.

- Implement GraphQL API as much as possible given Postgres db environment.

FEATURES
- Features I include for CRUD project pages Create / Edit / Delete pages SEO fields (slug, meta, OG tags) Media upload + file manager Categories/tags Revision history Role-based permissions Server-side validation.
Features are not limited PO's ability to CRUD existing project pages (not new project pages) and publish digital blog content that may also include articles, comments, tables, files, whitepapers, YouTube video embedded, pictures, graphs, charts, diagrams, schemas, and image placement, font size, font types, column layouts, bullet point, font colors, hyperlinks, backlinks, and related features.

- PRIORITY
These APIs and Laravel business logic need to be collab w/ Mobile team ASAP.
SignUp workflow = username, email, telephone, GA
Login workflow = username, face match, google authenticator (GA) code
Keep the Login business logic on Laravel or something else?


(i). Seller is expected to be a problem solver. If seller runs into issues, seller will be expected to give the buyer options, then recommendations. As stated, the right person for this role must be flexible with Buyer, a small business owner with no architecture docs, schema or work-flow diagrams. With Headsup_123 Buyer, you get the product owner on the fly for quick decisions. No need to go through change/modification meetings. Seller will be expected to communicate often with buyer with progress. Seller is expected to create said docs for future planning and maintenance as he/she moves through this work.

(ii). This work releases compensation based on timely delivery of acceptable usable SECURE clean and well commented source code with documentation, schemas, workflow, etc. Your code is expected to be interoperable with backward compatibility and portable and is delivered on-time and pass all QA Tests e.g. usability, vulnerability, unit tests, security, bounds checking, stress, intergration, CI/CD, etc pursuant to product owner's satisfactory.
