"I need a complete, yet budget-friendly, HTML website that feels dynamic rather than just a static collection of pages. My concept is sketched out in notes and a few reference links, so you will be working from a general idea rather than a pixel-perfect mock-up. I want the finished site to be fast, responsive and easy for me to tweak later.

Scope & expectations
– Develop with clean, standards-compliant HTML, CSS and a dash of JavaScript or a lightweight framework where it truly adds value.
– Make sure each section is fully responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop.
– Optimise assets and code for quick load times; my hosting plan is modest.
– Set up basic SEO tags and an intuitive menu so visitors can reach any page in one or two clicks.
– Hand over all source files and a brief read-me that explains how to update text or images without breaking the layout.

I am working with a strict ceiling of ₹5,000, so please think lean and reuse components wherever sensible. If you have an existing template that can be tailored to my needs without looking generic, I’m open to that approach provided the end result feels bespoke.
