"I’m ready to launch a new corporate website and need a WordPress specialist who can take the project from blank canvas to polished, live site. The build will include roughly fifteen pages and I’m starting without any existing theme, layouts, or brand styles, so you’ll be handling the full design process as well as development.

Key scope
• Design from scratch: produce wireframes, visual mock-ups, and the final responsive theme that aligns with a professional B2B look and feel.
• Structure: home page plus about-us, services, news/blog overview, individual post template, and the remaining pages we’ll finalise together (team, careers, privacy, etc.).
• Core features: an easily manageable contact form (preferably using Elementor Forms, Gravity Forms, or similar) and a well-crafted About Us section that showcases our story and leadership.
• CMS ease: everything editable through the WordPress dashboard—no hard-coded text.
• Performance & basics: lightweight code, image optimisation, on-page SEO best practices, and security plugins configured.
• Handoff: documentation or short Loom walkthrough so my team can update copy and images confidently.

Acceptance criteria
1. All fifteen pages live on our hosting, fully responsive and passing Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
2. Contact form sends notifications to the correct address and stores entries in the WP admin.
3. Page load time under three seconds on GTmetrix for the home page.
4. No console errors and zero critical issues flagged by Wordfence or similar security scan.
