"I want a native Android application that lets customers browse, buy, or temporarily lease certified gemstones—ruby, emerald, blue sapphire, and more—with a checkout flow tailored to both one-time purchases and my refundable lease model. Every stone must display multiple photos, weight, certification details, and real-time availability.

Login & Security
• Users sign up or sign in exclusively through phone number verification (OTP).
• Their profile should remember past orders, active leases, and saved delivery addresses.

Commerce & Payments
• The cart must handle two distinct actions: Buy Now and Lease Now.
• For a lease, the user pays the full price; the system reserves it, triggers shipment, starts a lease timer, and, on return, calculates and pushes the appropriate refund.
• Accept payments through Credit/Debit cards and Bank transfer. A clean, PCI-compliant gateway SDK is expected for the cards option.

Logistics & Tracking
Once paid, the backend should create a shipment, generate a tracking ID, and feed live courier status back to the user inside the app. When an item is marked Returned and passes inspection in the admin panel, the refund workflow must fire automatically.

Admin Control
Through a secure web dashboard (or an embedded admin mode) I need to:
– Add/edit gemstones with images and certificates
– Approve leases, initiate refunds, and adjust refund percentages per gem category
– See courier updates, manually override statuses, and export sales/lease reports

Tech & Deliverables
• Android code in Kotlin or Java, following modern MVVM/Clean architecture
• Firebase phone auth or a similarly robust OTP service
• RESTful API backend (Node, Django, or similar) connected to the admin panel
• Payment integration for cards and bank transfers, plus sandbox test scripts
• End-to-end APK, full source code, brief setup documentation, and a 30-day bug-fix window

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Seamless phone OTP onboarding
2. Successful purchase and lease–return–refund cycles in a staging environment
3. Real-time courier tracking reflected in user and admin views
4. Smooth UI performance on Android 8+ devices
