"I need to extend our ADOPT web application so every domestic and international AT&T client can see accurate Price and Balance information the moment they sign in. Today the screen exists only as a placeholder; the code behind it has to be built, wired to our data feeds, and exposed through the existing role-based login.

Core objectives
• Display Price and Balance figures in real time (sub-minute latency from source feeds).
• Offer one-click downloadable reports for the same data in CSV and PDF formats.
• Respect the current permission model so both Domestic and International Clients reach identical data endpoints through their respective portals.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Consistent values between the UI, the generated reports, and the source tables.
2. No perceptible lag when refreshing balances under normal load.
3. Clean, well-commented code dropped into the ADOPT repository along with a short setup README.

The back-end stack is already containerised; I will provide access to the dev branch, sample data, and the existing UI components as soon as we begin." (client-provided description)
