The platform decision is final—Shopify—so every choice you make should align with its best practices, Liquid templating, and the app ecosystem.

Here’s what I need done:

• Store setup: theme installation or custom theme development, navigation, and essential pages (home, catalog, product, cart, checkout).
• Product framework: sample products configured so I can easily duplicate the structure.
• Payments & shipping: native Shopify Payments activated, plus at least one alternative gateway, real-time shipping rates configured where possible.
• Apps & integrations: core marketing and analytics apps (email capture, reviews, Google Analytics/GA4) connected and tested.
