"I want to launch a fully-functional e-commerce site that feels modern, loads quickly, and converts visitors into customers. The core scope covers everything from the initial design concept through to a live store with secure checkout and order-management tools in place. While I’m set on building an online shop, I’m still flexible on whether it ends up on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another solid framework you can justify—what matters most is long-term scalability and ease of day-to-day management.

Here’s how I picture the work unfolding:
• Design & UX: clean, responsive layouts that translate perfectly on desktop and mobile.
• Store setup: product catalogue, search and filter features, intuitive cart, and a frictionless multi-step checkout.
• Payment & shipping: integrate mainstream gateways plus real-time shipping rates.
• Admin essentials: reports, basic inventory control, discount codes, and automated email notifications.
• Launch support: testing, bug fixes, and a quick hand-over session so I can manage products and orders myself.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site passes Google Lighthouse core web vitals (desktop & mobile) with scores above 90.
2. Payment processing completes a full test transaction without errors.
3. All screens display responsively down to 320 px width.
4. Admin user can add a product, create a coupon, and fulfil an order without additional guidance.
