"I am looking for a developer or development team to build and deploy a complete end-to-end website on my own domain. The scope of work includes the entire project lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and basic optimization.

The website will represent a company with two primary business divisions:

Trading algorithms and software products

Real estate sales and listings

The developer will be responsible for creating the frontend, backend, and database, ensuring all components are well integrated, secure, and scalable. The website should have a clean, professional design suitable for a technology-driven financial company as well as a real estate business.

For the trading algorithms and software division, the site should support:

Product listings and detailed descriptions

Secure user registration and login

Integration with a payment gateway for purchases

Controlled access so users can view or download products only after payment

For the real estate division, the website should include:

Property listings with images, descriptions, pricing, and key details

Inquiry or lead-generation forms for interested buyers

Ability for admins to add, update, or remove property listings

The website must include SEO optimization based on best practices, including mobile responsiveness, fast loading speed, clean URL structure, meta tags, and basic on-page SEO to help the company rank on search engines.

A private admin dashboard (accessible only to authorized company administrators) is required. Through this dashboard, admins should be able to:

Manage products, properties, users, orders, and payments

Track inquiries and leads from the real estate section

Update website content and settings

Monitor basic performance metrics

The developer will handle deployment on my domain, along with security, performance optimization, and proper configuration. The final delivery should be a production-ready website with clean, maintainable code and basic documentation for future updates or scaling.
