Business Client need Web Development
Contact person: Business Client

Location: Santa Monica, United States
Budget: Recommended by industry experts
Time to start: As soon as possible
Project description:
"I need an end-to-end, AI-driven appointment flow that lets my clients book business-consultation slots without any back-and-forth. Once they pick a time, the system must immediately confirm the slot, add it to my Google or Outlook calendar, and trigger three automated touchpoints: a reminder before the meeting, a short follow-up afterwards, and a quick feedback request.
Although the first rollout is for business consultations, I want the core logic to be flexible enough to cover typical service industries as well—think hairdressing, home repairs, or fitness training—so keep your database design and rule-sets extensible.
Key components I’m expecting you to deliver:
• A web or embedded widget where prospects can see real-time availability and book.
• AI-assisted time-slot routing that respects my working hours, buffers, and meeting lengths.
• Seamless integrations with email, SMS, and, if possible, WhatsApp for automatic reminders, post-appointment follow-ups, and customer-feedback collection.
• An admin dashboard that shows upcoming bookings, message logs, and basic analytics on show-up rates and feedback scores.
• Clear setup documentation so I can tweak copy, timing, and channels without touching code.
If you have experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Calendly API, or custom Python/Node microservices tied to Twilio and SendGrid, you’ll probably move faster—but I’m open to whatever tech stack gets the job done reliably." (client-provided description)
