"I am ready to turn my idea, “Padil 8 Rupiah,” into a fully functioning Android application and I need an experienced mobile developer to guide it from concept to Google Play upload. The core product will run exclusively on Android, so you should be comfortable working in Kotlin or Java with Android Studio, following current Material Design guidelines and the latest SDK best practices.

Starting with a brief discovery session, you will help refine core features, map the user flow, and set a realistic timeline. From there, I expect clean, well-commented code, responsive layouts that adapt to various screen sizes, and seamless performance on recent Android versions.

Deliverables:
• Complete Android Studio project with source code
• Signed, installable APK (and AAB) ready for Play Store release
• Basic user documentation and one revision round after initial testing
