"I’m moving my current WordPress-based ecommerce site to Shopify with the primary aim of boosting performance. Everything visitors can do on the existing store—browse products, check out, leave reviews, manage accounts—must feel just as fast and seamless once the storefront is on Shopify.

All features and plugins in use today need to be reproduced, not just a subset. That includes but isn’t limited to payment gateway integration (make it prepaid only), a robust product-review system, inventory management, and any other component that makes the site run day-to-day. Design elements, URL structure, SEO metadata, and historical order/customer data should come across intact so we don’t lose ranking or reporting continuity.

Deliverables
• A fully functional Shopify store mirroring the current design and user experience
• Complete migration of products, categories, customers, orders, media, and SEO data
• Configured payment gateways, product reviews, and inventory tracking working end-to-end
• 301 redirects and performance checks to ensure zero downtime and minimal traffic loss
• Final hand-over with a short run-through of the Shopify admin, theme, and any custom Liquid code
