"I'm looking to create an Android app using Expo. This app will function like a TV app, but instead of viewing videos, users will view webpages.

Requirements:
- Display pre-created webpages based on API information retrieved from web URL
- Navigation will be done by remote control from the TV box. Up/Down or Chan+/Chan- buttons.
- No user authentication required, open straight to the content screen and load a webpage
- Webpages can be HTTP or HTTPS, both. Coder must ensure operation with both protocols.
- Every 30 seconds the app should check for an update to the content lineup from the URL. If there is an update, then the new lineup should replace the old one. If the current channel is still in the lineup, then we should not change the content on the screen, but modify the channel lineup so that it is in the right order with the current content channel as the focus.
