"I need a production-ready social listening application that sits in a true multi-tenant SaaS environment and authenticates through the existing SSO of my eCommerce platform. Once a user enters a key phrase, the service must stream every public conversation that matches it across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and any other networks your API stack can legally reach, then surface those threads in a unified dashboard where I can jump in and reply in real time.

Beyond the core listening and response flow, the product has to run sentiment analysis on each mention and give me drill-down analytics on volume, reach and engagement so I can compare performance over time. Scheduled or bulk posting is not required; the priority is instant, in-dialogue responses with minimal latency.

Technology choices are flexible as long as they scale and expose clean REST or GraphQL endpoints so we can later extend features. The user layer should feel familiar to marketing teams—think searchable stream, sortable columns, quick-reply composer, and exportable insights—while the back-end must respect rate limits and privacy policies of every social network integrated.

Deliverables that will let me sign off:

• Deployed SaaS instance on my cloud account, wired to our SSO
• Admin and user dashboards with live conversation feed, reply composer and sentiment tags
• Analytics module covering message volume, sentiment trends and top authors per phrase
• API and architectural documentation (Diagrams, setup, env variables)
• A short video walkthrough showing the system tracking a sample phrase and posting a reply in real time
