"I need my existing clothing store, currently running on OpenCart, to be re-created on Shopify so that every page, collection, and customer flow feels identical to what shoppers already know.

All design elements, navigation, and UX patterns from the live site must be preserved, while the backend should leverage Shopify’s simplicity, allowing me to manage 500–600 SKUs independently.

Store Management -
- Theme should closely match the current design and be fully responsive.
- Collections, categories, and layered filters must replicate the existing hierarchy so customers can shop by fabric, style, or occasion exactly as they do now.
- Product pages must support clean, reusable option sets (sleeves, neck styles, sizes, etc.), fully manageable from the Shopify admin (no hard-coded solutions).

Checkout & Payments
- Razorpay integration is mandatory for cards, UPI, and wallets.
- Prepaid orders only (no COD).

Performance & Testing
- Complete end-to-end purchase flow testing (cart → checkout → order confirmation) on desktop and mobile.
- Page speed, SEO-friendly URLs, and schema markup should be preserved or improved during migration.

Deliverables (Required for Sign-off)
- Custom Shopify theme matching the existing OpenCart design
- Complete replication of collections, categories, and filters
- Reusable product option sets configured in Shopify admin
- Razorpay fully integrated and tested
- Basic UAT report with screenshots or short video proof
