"We are looking for an experienced developer or small agency to build a web-based survey and market research platform.

The platform will allow companies to commission market research surveys, which are then completed by users in exchange for compensation. The system must include an internal administration panel to manage surveys, companies, and responses, as well as a user-facing web application for participants.

This is a serious, production-oriented project, not a simple demo.

Core Requirements

1. Administration Panel (Internal Use)
• Secure login for administrators
• Create and manage companies
• Create and manage surveys and questions
• Activate / deactivate surveys
• View and export survey responses
• Basic user management

The admin panel is for internal use only (not exposed to clients).

2. User Web Application
• User registration and login
• View available surveys
• Complete surveys on desktop and mobile
• Submit responses
• Clear UX optimized for low-bandwidth environments

3. Backend / API
• Central backend handling all business logic
• Secure authentication and authorization
• Data validation and storage
• Designed to be scalable and maintainable

4. Payments (Phase 2 / Optional)
• Track user compensation per survey
• Manual payout workflow (automation can come later)
• Audit logs for payouts
