Here’s what I need you to tackle:
• Audit front-end and back-end code, then trim, minify, or refactor anything that’s slowing us down.
• Implement best-practice optimizations—image compression, lazy loading, efficient asset bundling, browser caching, and, if sensible, a lightweight CDN layer.
• Rework the existing layout hierarchy so sections flow intuitively on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Colors and fonts stay; spacing, alignment, and component positioning are where the attention goes.
• Validate results with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, or similar tools, aiming for consistent scores in the 90-plus range on both desktop and mobile.
