"I’m building a fully-featured digital locker—think of a slimmed-down Google Drive—where people can upload, organise, and share their files online with total peace of mind. The core stack is flexible, but AWS must sit at the heart of the storage layer (S3, CloudFront, Cognito or similar) so we inherit world-class durability and scalability from day one.

What I need you to craft
• A user-friendly web application that lets visitors register, sign in, and land on a clean dashboard.
• Intuitive file management: upload, create folders and sub-folders, rename, move, delete, preview, and download. Images will be the most common payload, yet PDFs, videos or docs should work just as smoothly.
• Sharing built in: generate links to single files or entire folders, set view / edit / download rights, and optionally attach an expiry date.
• Security everywhere: encrypted storage at rest and in transit, plus a straightforward role system (standard user + admin) to keep permissions simple and auditable.
• Administration console for me: user management, storage-usage insights, and granular activity logs.

Deliverables
1. Production-ready web app with responsive UI (React, Vue, Angular or your preferred framework).
2. Backend API (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.) wired to AWS services for authentication, file handling, and metadata.
3. Infrastructure as code so the whole stack can be redeployed in a click (CloudFormation, CDK or Terraform).
4. Documentation and hand-off session covering setup, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Acceptance criteria
• All key flows—register, login, upload, preview, share, download—must pass security tests and work on mobile and desktop.
• File links respect the chosen permission and expiry settings.
• Admin reports accurately reflect real-time usage and historical activity.
