Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced Shopify website developer to complete and finalize my Shopify website. The basic setup is already done; however, substantial work remains. This is a scope-based, completion-only project, not an hourly job.

The final website must be high quality, fully functional, visually professional, and better than the reference website provided.

Detailed Scope of Work (Read Carefully Before Applying)

1. Website Completion & Pages
• Complete the existing Shopify website from its current partially built state
• Create additional pages if required (collections, informational pages, policy pages, etc.)
• Ensure desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness
• Ensure fast loading speed and clean layout
• Website must meet professional e-commerce standards
• If the website quality is not acceptable, it will not be approved

2. Products, Variants & Upload
• Total products: Approximately 300–400
• Some products include size variants
• Import products using Excel/CSV
• Ensure:
• Correct titles
• Variants correctly assigned
• Prices, SKU, and inventory fields properly configured
• Product listings must be clean, consistent, and well structured

3. Images & Media
• Use product images from my WordPress website wherever available
• Match images correctly to products
• If images are missing:
• Source suitable images from stock websites, AI tools, or Google
• Resize, crop, and optimize all images for Shopify
• Ensure images:
• Fit nicely on product pages
• Look consistent across the site
• Are not stretched, blurred, or misaligned

• Add product descriptions and information
• Use:
• Your own research
• AI tools
• Google
• Content must be:
• Clear
• Relevant
• Professionally written
• I may not be available daily, so the developer must work independently and use their judgment

• I will provide reference website(s)
• My website must be equal to or better than the reference
• Implement similar features, layout, and functionality
• Ensure:
• Clean navigation
• Proper category structure
• User-friendly shopping experience

6. Theme & Access
• A paid Shopify theme is already purchased
• I will provide:
• Shopify admin login
• WordPress admin login
• Access is provided strictly for this project only

7. Communication & Updates
• Developer must provide direct contact information (WhatsApp / phone / email)
• My staff may share photos or product details directly with you
• Regular progress updates are required, including:
• Screenshots
• Live preview links
• Explanation of work completed personally by you

• Work must be completed without unnecessary delays
• Developer must follow the agreed timeline
• Developer must not depend on daily instructions
• I will take time to search and upload some photos if needed; this will be coordinated clearly
