"I’m looking for a clean, modern site built from the ground up with HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript that will serve as the online face of my business. The design should feel professional yet welcoming, scale smoothly from mobile to large desktop and load quickly on all major browsers.

Core scope
• Structure and style every page with semantic HTML5 and well-organised, reusable CSS.
• Add subtle JavaScript interactions—menus, sliders or section reveals—to keep the site lively without bloating load times.
• Optimise images, fonts and code so the pages hit high scores on Lighthouse and pass W3C validation.
• Hand over all source files (HTML, CSS, JS, assets) and a short read-me explaining how to update content.

Acceptance criteria
1. Layout adapts perfectly at 320 px, 768 px and 1440 px breakpoints.
2. No console errors; all links, forms and interactive elements behave as expected.
3. Looks identical in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge (latest versions).
4. Final zip or Git repo delivered, ready for my preferred hosting.
