"I need a brand-new website for my digital marketing agency client that specialises in SEO, Google Ads (SEM) and social media marketing. The site’s single purpose is to attract more clients, so it must be lightning-fast, visually engaging and faultlessly structured for Google.

Design & UX
• Modern, clean styling that feels on-brand from the first scroll.
• Intuitive navigation and clear visual hierarchy so prospects reach key information with minimal clicks.
• Temporary placeholder images and copy are fine where assets are still in production—I’ll swap them later.

Technical build
• Core Web Vitals in the green; page load must be near-instant.
• SEO framework ready out of the box: meta titles and descriptions controllable via Yoast or Rank Math, structured data where appropriate, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] configured, and no-index quirks ironed out.
• Homepage to open with a concise service overview and finish with an easy-to-use contact form; future modules such as client testimonials should be simple to bolt on.
• Fully responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop.
• When everything is signed off, the site needs to be pushed live on my existing hosting and domain—only then will I consider the project complete.

Acceptance criteria
1. PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals pass on mobile and desktop.
2. All essential SEO elements (metadata, XML sitemap, [login to view URL]) verified in Search Console.
3. Modern, clean design implemented exactly as agreed, with service overview and contact form active.
4. No critical errors reported by Yoast/Rank Math.
5. Site live, secure (SSL) and accessible under my domain.
