Project description:
"I run a cattle and horse-focused veterinary clinic that travels to farms across our rural region. I need a clean, mobile-friendly website that introduces the clinic, spells out each service we offer, and quickly shows new clients whether they fall inside our coverage area. The company is fully mobile - we don't publicly advertise visits to the premises.
The core of the build is an information site. Every major service—emergency calving assistance, herd health programs, equine dentistry, cattle pregnancy testing, bull semen testing —needs its own page with enough space for me to explain methods and seasonal tips. There should also be a section which shows accreditation logos such as BULLCHECK and PREGCHECK accredited vet services. Alongside that, an interactive map (Google Maps or an open-source equivalent) must highlight the towns and counties we routinely visit so producers can see at a glance if we come to them. The map should also show our 4 seperate "run days" which are specified routes which are travelled on rotation once a week (on a Tuesday) which allows clients to make bookings on days where travel costs can be shared with others nearby/on the same route.
Because most inquiries still arrive by phone, I want a streamlined “Request a Visit / Call-Back” form. A producer should be able to enter herd size, preferred date, and contact info; the form can shoot an email to our on-call account and drop the details into a simple spreadsheet or database for tracking.
Please build on a platform I can update myself—WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly intuitive CMS is fine—so adding seasonal alerts or new photos won’t require coding. The finished site must load fast on spotty rural internet and display perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Deliverables:
• Fully responsive website, tested on modern browsers and mobile devices
• Service pages with formatted text, photos, and optional embedded video
• Embedded map showing our coverage area and click-to-navigate directions
• Functional Service Request / Call-Back form with email notifications
• Clear instructions (or short Loom video) showing me how to edit text and swap images
If you have recent examples of agricultural or medical sites, I’d love to see them when we discuss the timeline." (client-provided description)
