Here is what I expect:

• Research-driven advice on a profitable niche, keyword plan, and at least ten pieces of starter content that fit the affiliate offers you suggest
• Full integration of tracking links, banners, or widgets from the approved affiliate networks, with proper placement to maximise click-through and conversion
• Basic on-page SEO, Google Analytics set up, and an easy way for me to add content or swap offers later
• A brief hand-over session so I understand how to track earnings and maintain the site
