We are building a web and app ecosystem that is scalable, subscription-based, and designed to go viral. We already have leads and partnerships, and we need a top-tier Project Manager to take this from vision to execution.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of JustDrive’s MVP. You will coordinate freelancers, manage timelines, and ensure the platform meets our ambitious goals. You will report directly to the CEO and act as the point person for all development, design, content, and marketing operations.

This role is full-time, remote, and requires exceptional organization, communication, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a comprehensive project roadmap for website, web app, subscription tiers, add-on referral services, content, funnels, and social media campaigns.

Recruit, onboard, and manage freelancers (developers, designers, content creators, social media managers).

Set clear milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; track progress daily and provide step-by-step updates to the CEO.

Monitor quality to ensure design, functionality, and content meet JustDrive’s vision and standards.

Identify and proactively resolve roadblocks and operational bottlenecks.

Ensure that the subscription model, tiers, and optional personal referral service are properly integrated into the platform.

Collaborate with CEO on strategic decisions and provide feedback to improve workflows, processes, and product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing web/app development projects from start to launch.

Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and freelancers effectively.

Strong understanding of startup workflows, MVP development, agile methodology, and digital product launches.

Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address issues.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, [login to view URL]).

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute without constant supervision.
