"I want to automate the way I create short, marketing-oriented YouTube videos featuring a cute, big-headed, big-eyed 3D anime girl and her little-boy sidekick. I’ll supply reference photos for her exact look, plus a 30-second clip of my daughter’s voice; you’ll refine that voice clone so it lands sassily, dropping a playful “duh” or “right?” in roughly half the lines and adding a quick giggle after each punchline. The character concept is sketched out, but it still needs your polish so the final design feels cohesive and brand-ready.

Core idea
• One click in a simple web dashboard will let me choose a scene, type (or paste) the dialogue, sprinkle in optional actions such as *giggles* or *points*, and instantly receive a fully rendered, lip-synced short powered by Kling AI.

Dashboard & tech expectations

• Output: 1080×1920 MP4 ready for YouTube Shorts, with perfect lip-sync and ambient audio that matches each background.
• A simple “Add Background” option (drag-and-drop or file picker) so I can upload future HDRIs or static images and have them appear in the scene list without touching code.
• Deliver the project with a clear README explaining where to paste my own Kling API key and how to redeploy locally or on a cheap VPS.

Acceptance criteria
• 3D animated girl and boy modeled, textured, and rigged; final look approved against my reference photos.
• Voice clone integrated; output matches the requested sass cadence and post-joke giggle.
• Four base scenes render correctly and loop tiny ambient motions to avoid dead-still backgrounds.
• One-click web dashboard produces a complete video in under two minutes for a 15-second script.
