"My team already built a solid first version of our mobile app, but we now need to enrich it with three key capabilities:

• In-app messaging so users can exchange real-time updates inside the platform.
• A new Communication tab that brings together email, text‐message history, and Microsoft Teams threads in one place.
• Importing the client and contact records I keep in an Excel sheet, making them searchable and editable within the app.

You will work within the existing codebase, wiring these additions into the current navigation and UI. The import routine should map every Excel column to the proper fields we specify and handle duplicates gracefully. For messaging and the Communication tab, please suggest the best SDKs or frameworks you have used (Firebase, Twilio, SignalR, or similar) and be ready to integrate them securely.

I will provide the repository, Figma screens, and a sample of the spreadsheet. Once the new functions are live, I’ll test end-to-end—from data upload to sending a message—to sign off. If you have proven experience bolting features onto an established app, I’d like to hear how you would approach this and how quickly you can start." (client-provided description)
