"I need a clean, modern-minimalist portfolio website that lets my work speak for itself. The site will primarily showcase images alongside short write-ups and longer feature articles, so I want layouts that present both visual and written pieces elegantly on any device.

Scope of work
– Design and build a responsive, fast-loading website in a modern minimalist style.
– Create intuitive templates for: Home, Portfolio/Gallery, Individual Project, Article/Blog, About, and Contact.
– Integrate an easy-to-use CMS (your suggestion is welcome) so I can add or edit images and text without touching code.
– Implement basic on-page SEO, alt text for images, and accessible navigation.
– Optimise performance to keep pages lean and under three-second load on standard connections.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website hosted on my domain.
2. Source files, theme or custom code, and any licensed assets.
3. Brief hand-off guide or recorded walk-through showing how to update content.
