"I need a lightweight mobile application that lets people earn cash simply by finishing tutorial-style videos. The flow is straightforward: users sign up, pick a tutorial, watch it to the end, and the system credits their balance. When they reach a minimum threshold they can withdraw to a linked e-wallet or bank account.

Core pieces I’m looking for:
• Mobile app (Android first, iOS shortly after) with secure login, video streaming, progress tracking, and an in-app wallet showing real-time earnings.
• Simple admin dashboard where I can upload new tutorials, set the payout per view, and monitor overall watch statistics.
• Automated cash-out module that supports local bank transfer and any popular e-wallet API you recommend.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A test user can watch a full tutorial and see the correct cash amount appear without refresh.
2. Admin can add a new video, assign a payout, and it shows up instantly in the app.
3. Funds requested by a user reach the sandbox payout account within five minutes.

Please use a mainstream stack you’re comfortable maintaining (Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin/Swift native are all fine) and any reliable backend that scales—Firebase, Supabase, or a lightweight Node/Express server. Clean, well-commented code and clear documentation are a must so I can hand this off to a future dev team with no headaches.
