"Thank you for your interest. PLEASE READ & FOLLOW requirements carefully. I am looking for a senior level web designer developer / independent contractor here in the USA with a background in designing and developing LANGUAGE LEARNING PLATFORMS- DYNAMIC PLATFORMS. This individual will have at least 5 years or more experience in the design and development of LANGUAGE LEARNING DYNAMIC PLATFORMS. This experience must have strong INTERACTIVE STUDENT features: Assessment, Quizzes, Tests, and MORE!!! Please NO agency or firms. I am strictly looking to work with an independent contractor. The IC should reside on the west coast of the USA (PST) as I am looking for someone whose work schedule coincides with mine (I am based in Los Angeles, Ca) OR can be available during the following hours: 5:00 PM -8:00 PM M-F, Sat 8AM -2:00 PM PST. The IC I am looking for will have samples of work that they have produced. URL of sites that they have designed, developed or were instrumental in the overall development will suffice. This project should take be approximately 15-30 days (or less) depending on the IC schedule and availability. I welcome a zoom call during the hours and days noted above. 1) Must have LANGUAGE LEARNING platform design and development experience.

2) Must have finished samples of language learning platform sites to substantiate their required LANGUAGE LEARNING PLATFORM experience.

3) MUST have references that can be contacted. References MUST be in either an English speaking country (e.g. USA, UK, Canada, etc...) OR Spanish speaking country. NO exceptions.

4) MUST speak English FLUENTLY-PLEASE NO AI texting. If you cannot get on an immediate call and demonstrate your ability to FULLY communicate in ENGLISH I am NOT interested.

5) MUST be in the PST Los Angeles-USA Time Zone ...OR ... able to work within my schedule.

6) MUST be an Independent Contractor. NO agencies. NO Firms. I am NOT interested.
