"I need a single-page, mobile-first landing experience built for Google Ads traffic that drives phone calls fast. The page must load in a blink, hit a high Quality Score, and keep the user’s thumb focused on one thing: tapping the click-to-call button above the fold. I’d also like a WhatsApp option tucked into the same sticky bar so message-oriented guests can convert just as easily.

Because this is for a hotel, I want customer reviews, a concise amenities snapshot, and a clear location cue integrated naturally into the design to build trust at a glance. No booking engine, no complex nav—just a clean scroll that answers “Why choose us?” and funnels visitors straight to the phone.

Your scope includes wiring both the call and WhatsApp actions into Google Ads conversion tracking (GTM or another reliable method) so we can see the numbers in real time. Core Web Vitals must stay in the green; Lighthouse mobile score should hover in the 90s. Use whatever lightweight stack you prefer—plain HTML/CSS/JS, minimalist WordPress, Webflow—so long as I can host it without extra licensing.
