"I want a lightweight Android app that opens the camera, captures a QR code and immediately saves the embedded text inside the app for later viewing as pdf. After each scan the user should see the decoded text on-screen and find it again in a searchable history screen stored locally (SQLite or Room is fine). No need to launch URLs or share externally—just reliable capture and storage of plain text and send text message for each and every scans to the number on the scanning text.

A clean Kotlin or Java code-base is preferred. Feel free to rely on Google ML Kit, ZXing, or any comparable open-source scanner library so long as setup remains straightforward. Minimum target is Android 8 (API 26); runtime camera-permission handling must be in place and the build should compile smoothly in the latest Android Studio.

Deliverables:
• Complete, well-commented source code
• Signed release-ready APK
• One-page README describing build steps, libraries used, and how data is stored
