"I’m looking for someone who can completely own our LinkedIn presence and, in parallel, help me push our website from “almost there” to fully functional.

LinkedIn scope
Every weekday you’ll ideate, write, design and publish one post aimed at generating leads. The format that works best for our audience is an informative article style, but it still needs to feel inspirational and motivational rather than textbook-dry. I’ll rely on you to:
• draft the copy, source or create visuals, and schedule the post in LinkedIn
• monitor comments and messages, keep the conversation flowing and flag warm leads to me
• track analytics so we can see follower growth, engagement rates and how many leads each post brings in

Website scope
The site is live, yet a few pages, forms and layout elements need polishing. I need someone comfortable jumping into the CMS, fixing usability snags, tightening up copy and adding information about products from one source to another where it feels thin, and making sure every CTA, link and tracking pixel fires as intended.

Deliverables
1. 30 fully produced LinkedIn posts per month, published on schedule
2. A simple monthly report covering follower growth, engagement metrics and captured leads
3. A once-off website pass that results in no broken links, working forms and crisp on-brand copy
