"I need [login to view URL] packaged as a WebView-based app for both iOS and Android and guided all the way to live publication on the App Store and Google Play. The site is already responsive, so the main work is wrapping it cleanly, configuring deep links where appropriate, and wiring up push notifications so I can reach users with updates and offers.

You will handle certificates, provisioning profiles, Firebase / APNs setup for the notifications, and make sure the build passes Apple’s and Google’s latest policy checks (privacy, tracking disclosure, 64-bit, adaptive icons, etc.). Expect a couple of iterations while we test on TestFlight and internal Play tracks.

Deliverables I expect at hand-off:
• Production-ready Android AAB and signed iOS archive
• Source project (Android Studio / Xcode) with clear build instructions
• Store-ready screenshots, icons, and metadata drafts
• Live listings in both stores or a step-by-step handoff if my accounts must be used
